The Contributor Account Management Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing and tagging of contributor research content.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, and research content-related testing.
  • Analyze client research access to help drive business growth and identify entitlement issues.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for research contributors and clients regarding investment research content and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of contributor research content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve complex research access issues to ensure seamless client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with global clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work on team-based projects with shifting priorities.
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and databases preferred.
  • Fluency and eloquence in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
