The Sales Contract Administrator will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Commercial Team in Manila. These responsibilities include performing contract data entry into SFDC, managing opportunities, and tracking status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from quote creation to fulfillment.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting sales with client resolutions to questions concerning products, billing, account/contract status, change of address, cancellation requests, refund requests, and all pertinent queries. Additionally, you will provide the highest level of contract management support to Platts Sales, regularly attend Sales Pipeline planning meetings & report subscription status on key accounts both written & verbally as needed.
