Cloud Developer

This role demands proficiency in Flow, LWC, APEX and platform features. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in configuring Salesforce implementations that include Einstein within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The position requires:

  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyzing business processes and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to all project team members in order to deliver high-quality projects that use AI in Salesforce.

The qualifications for this role are:

  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce,specifically in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Preferred experience: Salesforce Einstein, OOTB GenAI & Predictive Features (Case Classification, Predictive tooling, etc), Agent Studio (fka Copilot) Prompt Builder, DataCloud (External Data Input, Structured and Unstructured data), and/or Experience Cloud (MIAW, Omni-Channel setup experience).
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
