Job Title:

Property and Construction Project Manager

This is a demanding role requiring a robust background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and analytical skills.

The Property and Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate upkeep and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings.
  • Manage properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensure that necessary upkeep and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Background in architecture, project management, construction management, or building operations.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices.
