We are seeking a highly organized and influential Creative Project Manager to join our team. This is a mid-senior level full-time position in project management and information technology.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the creative team.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in ClickUp. Knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
