The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Development Studies, Development Communication, Business Development, Communication Arts, Behavioral Sciences, Management or Marketing. They should possess relevant experience in project management, program development, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of success in achieving program objectives.

The role involves:

  1. Leading the PHE-AI team in securing, maintaining, and establishing local partnerships.
  2. Establishing the Pathways Alumni Program and mobilizing the Pathways Alumni Network.
  3. Establishing the Start-Up Fund Program.
Key Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in project management and program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
