Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Configure software to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement efficient workflows.
  • Develop and manage automated campaigns across email, SMS, and social media channels.
  • Customize and manage CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, tracking performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the software.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using the software effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in using the relevant software for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
