We're looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to support our day-to-day project and data operations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate some ambiguity, having a proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Handle daily operations including reporting, project tracking, data entry, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly metric reports, ensuring data accuracy and presentable slides before sharing with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data quality and ensure reports are actionable and error-free.
  • Provide ad hoc support for projects and operational needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
