- We participate in requirements qualifications with our Operating Company partners to gain insight into needs for roles and benefits provided by customers.
- We support requirement fulfillment by providing market and industry insights and candidate feedback.
- We maintain partnerships with our Operating Company partners to understand their ideal candidate profile and prioritize requirements.
- We take ownership of assigned requirements, adjusting sourcing strategies and approaches to meet evolving talent needs.
- We continuously monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure results are achieved within specified timelines.
- We proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified talent pools in line with our Operating Company partners' needs.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or corporate HR, preferably with a global organization, is essential.
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for various roles is crucial.
- Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle simultaneously is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and meeting tight deadlines, is vital.
