We are seeking a highly skilled VIP Web Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and driving project success from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer support through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify problems and offer innovative solutions to improve clients' websites and online presence.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure projects remain within scope and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues through our internal management system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex client issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a neutral North American accent.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, web hosting, email configuration, and DNS host management is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is also desirable.
