Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Web Designer to help small businesses grow with great design.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for using design to solve actual business problems.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible working hours, allowing you to work from anywhere you're happiest and most productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality deliverables, including branding, print materials, digital assets, ads, presentations, and infographics.
  • Use AI tools to speed up ideation and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and stakeholders to deliver consistent, on-brand designs.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism, handling vague input and turning it into strategic creative output.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and AI developments to enhance our service.
  • Manage your time efficiently across multiple design requests daily, with consistent quality and creativity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in web design, ideally in a remote setup.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • A reliable computer setup and high-speed internet with a backup plan in place.
  • A helpful, open-minded, and ego-free attitude toward design feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
