The Academy Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Academy team, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day tasks and activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day tasks and activities
  • Supporting the sales process and activities for all Academy offerings
  • Coordinating and posting Academy Release Notes
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and celebratory initiatives
  • Attending Academy meetings, capturing notes, and sharing action items
  • Assisting the Sales Team by scheduling meetings, updating partner information, and creating opportunities, documents, and proposals
  • Processing sales prospect inquiries
  • Coordinating communication and activities between the Sales team, Academy, and prospects
  • Coordinating ILT program scheduling, creating courses, managing enrollments, and reporting through LMS
  • Peer Group administration and reporting
