As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom WordPress websites using themes, plugins, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript/jQuery. You will work with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance and support, and communicate project progress, milestones, and timelines effectively.

This role requires skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, graphics editing and optimization (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.), and project management. Experience in custom theme development, plugin customization and development is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom WordPress websites using themes, plugins, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and timelines effectively
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of website development, customization, and configuration processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer including front-end design and back-end configuration and management
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
  • Strong design aesthetic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
