Job Summary

As a Commercial Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the creditworthiness of residential and commercial borrowers.

This involves evaluating financial statements, cash flow projections, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess the risk associated with mortgage loan applications.

You will conduct thorough assessments of collateral, analyze financial statements, and collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to structure loan terms and conditions that align with borrower needs while managing credit risk effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial loans, income streams, and CRM software, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey credit analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis or similar role

  • Knowledgeable in using CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
