Lead Unity Developer Role

This is a leadership position that requires expertise in Unity and C#. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in XR solutions, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing full project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Led the development of Unity applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Mentored junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
  • Participated in client meetings, gathering requirements and offering technical insights.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative VR/AR/MR features.
  • Oversaw project timelines, ensuring tasks were completed on schedule with high quality.
  • Conducted code reviews, provided feedback, and maintained adherence to coding standards.
  • Contributed to strategic decisions for project success.
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Unity and C# with a proven track record in XR (VR/AR/MR) solutions.
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and scalable software architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in GIT workflows and collaborative development environments.
  • Experience managing full project life cycles from concept to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine (C++, Blueprints).
  • Knowledge of web technologies for web platform integration.
  • Cross-platform development experience for mobile, console, and PC.
