Business Development Specialist - Hotel and Restaurant Sector

This is a fixed term contract role, based in the National Capital Region (NCR), with extensive field work involved.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts through a variety of methods, including cold calling and scouting. They will also be expected to present our sales deck to prospective clients and onboard new accounts once they have been secured.

The job holder will oversee the entire process, from initial contact to successful account activation. This includes ensuring that all necessary documents are processed and validated, and that the client is properly integrated onto our supplier platform.

Once an account has been activated, the job holder will be responsible for overseeing its day-to-day operation, including processing freezer requests and deployment. They will also determine the most effective servicing strategy for each account, based on its unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new HORECA accounts through cold calling and field scouting.
  • Present our sales deck to prospective clients.
  • Onboard new accounts through document validation and processing.
  • Ensure proper integration of new accounts onto our supplier platform.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of new accounts.
  • Determine the most effective servicing strategy for each account.
Requirements
