Senior Research Analyst

Role Overview:

The Senior Research Analyst plays a crucial role in identifying, researching, and maintaining property-level information for assigned areas. They collect and input data into the system at a specified pace, ensuring a high level of quality through routine audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect required fields from various sources, including automated processes, inquiries, online research, and other data sources.
  • Extract and input data into the system, performing routine audits to validate information and ensure consistency of data records.
  • Conduct special projects as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data onboarding environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial or residential real estate is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and follow a standard map.
  • Accurate typing skills and minimum 35 wpm speed.
  • Excellent customer service, written communication, and professional phone skills.
  • Self-directed with the ability to plan daily and weekly tasks with minimal supervision.
  • MS Excel spreadsheet skills are highly desirable.
  • Power BI, Python, Java, SQL knowledge and experience are advantageous.
