Role Description

This role is an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing support for all aspects of the FP&A cycle. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Support consolidation of financial budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analysis in areas such as scenario planning, ROI analyses, profitability, cost reduction, backlog, and growth opportunities

  • Manage financial models and reporting utilizing a consolidated reporting system

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software applications. Relevant experience in FP&A is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years' experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Expertise in computer skills, including consolidated reporting software
  • Demonstrates sound analytical depth and technical capability in finance and/or accounting methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Preferred qualifications include high-level customer focus, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, ability to prioritize tasks, and self-directed work ethic.
