Financial Operations Associate (Digital Assets)

Job Description:

This role involves managing the financial and operational aspects of our Web3 business. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance or accounting background, along with knowledge of digital assets and experience working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording and reconciling transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems
  • Maintaining accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinating with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with Fireblocks, Integral, or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
  • Fluent or conversational English communication skills
  • Experience working across onshore/offshore entities
