Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Client Service Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling in-house sales, cross-selling bank products and services, and managing customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

The role involves processing new account openings, transactions, and requests in accordance with bank policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

The selected individual will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, and formulating strategies to increase dealings with the bank.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships through marketing calls and other channels.
  • Process transactions and requests in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist walk-in customers by serving and advising them on bank products and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
