Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior-level executives and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
