International Payroll Administrator

About the Job
Panoptik Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the payroll function and ensuring that all payroll processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate payroll operations with knowledge of banking and accounting systems, generally accepted accounting principles, and business risk controls. They will also possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the payroll function and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Develop and maintain effective payroll processes and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues in the unit to promptly address queries, concerns, and issues related to staff salary
- Review and reconcile payroll accounting files and other payroll reports
- Monitor reconciliation of staff members accounts monthly or periodically
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with 5 years of relevant work experience; or
- Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
