About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding position as a Payroll Administrator at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process from start to finish. Your key duties will include maintaining superannuation and other deduction and contribution records, issuing and recording adjustments to employees' pay, and interpreting industrial awards to ensure compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee information including contact details, leave taken, overtime, promotions, transfers, tax deductions, health insurance payments, and superannuation
- Prepare and process payroll data from time sheets and other payroll and personnel records
- Analyze and interpret industrial awards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
