We are looking for a highly skilled automation professional who will play a key role in optimizing business operations. This position is ideal for someone who excels at process streamlining, system integration, and enabling teams to work efficiently.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Create automated workflows using workflow automation tools, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple systems.
  • Connect and synchronize data between various SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage data handling and reporting solutions to streamline business operations.
  • Create API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in schema development, formulas, and automation for cloud-based applications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 environments for data handling and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Professional Background
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations optimization, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
