Social Media Executive

We are seeking an experienced digital professional to manage our social presence and drive engagement.
This role is crucial in helping us scale with a bold rebrand across three service lines—Launch, Delegate, Automate.
Main Responsibilities- Create compelling content for various platforms to publish engaging posts.
- Develop and execute paid campaigns on multiple platforms to turn attention into leads.
- Analyze social metrics to provide actionable growth insights.
You will work closely with the Brand & Creative Lead, Campaign Manager, and Sales Team to achieve our goals.
Key Requirements- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency social management.
- Excellent US English copywriting skills, including hooks, CTAs, and captions.
- Experience in at least two ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Familiarity with Reels/TikTok editing tools like CapCut, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Canva.
- Comfortable working with analytics (GA4, platform insights, Sprout/Hootsuite).
- Availability to work 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time with a PH-based remote team.
