Role Summary:

The External Application Support Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our client's financial data innovation hub. This individual will provide critical support and maintain third-party applications, providing 24/5.5 coverage.

Key responsibilities include proactive management of business-critical real-time trading systems, middle office systems, back office, and settlement systems. Incident resolution, service recovery, and client communication are also essential aspects of this role.

Compliance with departmental policies, including change management, IT security standards, release management, and incident management, is crucial. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver services according to agreed SLAs. Disaster recovery planning and testing, as well as documentation maintenance, are also key responsibilities.
