Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Infrastructure Analyst (Identity) to join our team and contribute to the optimization and security of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive operational improvements and ensure the seamless integration of IAM solutions across both internal and external IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance IAM processes, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing the user experience.
  2. Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  3. Ticket Management: Manage IAM help desk tickets, resolving login and access issues in a timely manner.
  4. Process Development: Contribute to process improvements, including role definitions and automated workflows, to enhance IAM services.
  5. SSO Implementation: Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) across enterprise applications.
  6. Compliance and Review: Conduct regular reviews of user access rights and assist with compliance audits and forensic analysis.
  7. Documentation: Ensure documentation and compliance with IAM standards, particularly for internal and external audits.

Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process for client identity onboarding and offboarding.
  2. System Changes: Execute IAM system changes while adhering to change management protocols to ensure system stability and security.
  3. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues efficiently.
  4. System Administration: Administer and optimize SailPoint, OnPrem AD, and Entra ID systems.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with help desk and support teams to resolve complex IAM issues.
  6. Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and update IAM documentation to reflect any changes in configurations, processes, and procedures.
