The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead, specializing in Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM), is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of robust IAM solutions. This role will ensure secure and efficient access to organizational resources, focusing on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and the protection of privileged accounts.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?Access Management
  • Design and implement access control policies and procedures.
  • Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  • Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze access logs to identify and address security risks.
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Develop and maintain IGA policies and procedures.
  • Implement and manage IGA tools and platforms.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and certifications.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and role management.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Implement and manage PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts.
  • Develop and enforce privileged access policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and audit privileged access activities.
  • Implement session recording and monitoring for privileged sessions.
  • Manage and secure secrets and credentials.
IAM Strategy and Planning
  • Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure alignment of IAM initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IAM team members.
  • Communicate IAM policies and procedures to stakeholders.
  • Document all IAM related processes.
Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Evaluate and recommend IAM tools, technologies, and vendors to support organizational needs.
  • Oversee the integration of IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
WHO ARE YOU?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, including roles in identity lifecycle management, access control, and security operations.
  • Relevant certifications (any of the following):
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as:
  • IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Governance).
  • PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault).
  • SSO and MFA solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as:
  • Access Management (AM) platforms (e.g., Entra, Okta).
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
