Job Description

This role focuses on automating cloud infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting scalability and reliability across environments.

  • Design and implement tools for infrastructure automation using programming languages such as Python or Bash to enhance the scalability and performance of platforms.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to support multiple development teams by building workflows and integrating various tools.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, providing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Promote blameless postmortems and incident response processes.
  • Establish service-level objectives (SLOs), service-level indicators (SLIs), and error budgets for our services.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, responding to and mitigating service interruptions and technical challenges.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering with a focus on automation and scalability.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Bash, Terraform, and Docker.
  • Experience scaling databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and NewRelic.
  • Solid troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and environments.
