Job Description

Create high-performing ad creatives for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate has experience in direct-response design and a strong understanding of marketing psychology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design 40 static ad creatives per week that drive clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Work from high-level briefs and ideas to turn concepts into powerful visuals.
  • Take ownership of creative output while maintaining quality at scale.
  • Collaborate with the team on testing and iterating to find winning creative angles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct-response design (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Strong grasp of marketing psychology and visual design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused design skills.
