Lead Accountant

An accomplished accounting professional is sought to support the corporate headquarters in the United States. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting practices and methods, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare financial reports for management and outside agencies on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
- Perform project life-cycle cost analysis, including review of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
- Provide and interpret financial information, developing mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Plan and prepare budget and forecasting, as well as monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification.
- Direct experience with USA accounting systems.
- 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
- Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.
