As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter), you are expected to implement best practices in recruitment, ensuring a customer-focused approach that attracts and retains top talent. Reporting to the Group Manager of Talent and collaborating with the Australia & Philippines teams, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes, systems, and metrics to achieve desired outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities in alignment with established processes and service levels, including raising eReqs, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, reference checking, and extending verbal offers.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate relationship management by maintaining high-touch communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand talent needs, workforce demand plans, and critical role requirements.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to address short- and medium-term resourcing challenges, leveraging talent mapping, industry trends, and diverse sourcing channels.
  • Manage internal talent communities by identifying and promoting suitable internal candidates to meet workforce planning needs.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and technologies, including social media, ATS, CRM databases, and job boards, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Create and maintain talent pools and networks to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Help gather insights for salary cost.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support workload distribution, provide coaching to Recruitment Administrators, and contribute to team meetings and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leading or contributing to projects, implementing value-adding recruitment solutions, and ensuring quality control in the use of approved branding and templates.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in volume recruitment or talent acquisition; someone with AU or NZ recruitment experience or industrial/manufacturing background is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and offer management.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be keen to details and process-oriented.
