Billing and Collection Assistant

Makuku Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collection Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling the settlement of e-commerce transactions, billing and invoicing, and monitoring accounts for compliance with established payment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Settle e-commerce transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
  • Monitor accounts for compliance with established payment plans and flag non-compliances
  • Collect documents and prepare portfolios for collections accounts
