Job Description
As an Operational Manager at Shopee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Sorting Center. Your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing the inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations to meet business objectives
* Collaborating with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation to optimize operational efficiency
* Evaluating the performance of sub leads and providing feedback and ramp up plans
* Working closely with SPX Express Operations and Sorting Center Support teams to forecast volume and maximize SOC operations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields.
  • Proven track record in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party).
  • Critical thinking skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Applications.
