- Translate briefs, scripts, and inspirations into engaging video content aligned with brand identity and performance marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring ideas to life and solve creative challenges.
- Maintain efficient workflows across multiple tools and projects.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of what performs on social and paid platforms, from effective hooks to conversion tactics.
Requirements- +3 years of experience in video editing with a portfolio focused on e-commerce and/or direct response advertising.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, pacing, transitions, motion, sound design, and UGC-style or creative testing in performance marketing.
