Senior Business Analyst Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of digital platforms and data portals. Your expertise will be instrumental in gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, designing solutions, and ensuring quality assurance to deliver business and technical solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Document business processes and requirements in Azure DevOps with proper supporting artifacts.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Management
  • Work with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Engage with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
  • Present and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Communication & Coordination
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues on system integration requirements.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
Quality Assurance
  • Coordinate with the testing team and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Monitor and manage bug fixes and issue resolution.
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Strong Agile mindset and knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft technology stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and project/system development lifecycle.
  • Vendor and stakeholder management expertise.
