Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the overall learning strategy and operation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Grow, develop, and expand the company's learning initiatives and services within the organization.
  3. Partner with global and regional stakeholders to drive learning initiatives and a continuous learning culture within the organization.
  4. Monitor the execution of policies and standards jointly defined and agreed on by various academies.
  5. Lead the identification, selection, and management of third-party vendors for learning initiatives, ensuring consistent application of learning strategies and policies.
  6. Develop and create solutions for different learning initiatives based on learning data and reports on learning requirements.
  7. Work with academy business sponsors to align each academy's strategy with the overall learning and development strategy.
  8. Partner with business sponsors to build academy capability, developing, maintaining, and enhancing the academy portfolio in consideration of existing and emerging capabilities.
  9. Lead the ADDIE process and act as a consultant/expert for academies in partnership with global COEs, regions, and stakeholders.

Curriculum and Instruction

  1. Define curriculum framework, design, development, and evaluation.
  2. Define policies, processes, and standards.
  3. Lead the execution of enterprise curricula review.
  4. Define and execute content development strategies for multiple modalities, platforms, and different audience types.
  5. Develop systems, templates, and standards for curricular materials.
  6. Oversee LMS usage and management in alignment with curricular requirements.
  7. Participate in the development of annual learning plans and budgets for programs.
  8. Drive the alignment of curricula among academies in partnership with academy business sponsors and the academy and program lead.
  9. Develop solutions that provide relevant, challenging, and productive learning experiences.
  10. Lead the development of holistic, timely, scalable, and effective curricula for various functions to build current and future capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, or business-related courses.
  • Master's degree in related field, a plus.
  • 10-15 years' experience in learning and development and corporate universities.
  • Experience managing global projects and working across multiple client groups and/or geographies.
  • Experience working with executives to influence and drive learning innovation and solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of different functions and functional relationships.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Continuous self-education on the latest trends and practices in learning.
