Job Summary:

The Corporate Information and Communication Technology Head is responsible for leading the organization in managing the company and group's ICT infrastructure and services and ensuring their alignment with the strategic and operational objectives of the company.

He/she is responsible for formulating technology strategies and leads the company and the group in pursuing them. Likewise, he/she is responsible for leading digital transformation efforts and the corresponding change management efforts resulting from changes and improvements in business processes, technological tools and organizational structures.

He/she is responsible for leading and providing direction to the ICT organization in formulating and managing ICT strategic plans, delivery of the ICT services in the form of enterprise systems and applications, management and maintaining the operational efficiency of existing infrastructure and services and the formulation and management of continual improvement efforts.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Formulates and leads the realization of high-level ICT strategies in support of the strategic goals and business directions of the company and the group.
  2. Leads, directs and oversees the development and implementation of the technology and digital transformation roadmaps as well as the long-term and medium-term ICT plans of the company and the group.
  3. Formulates and leads in the capability-building of the company through the evaluation and adoption of emerging and disruptive technologies resulting in further operational efficiency and new revenue streams for the company.
  4. Establishes and manages Technology Centers of Excellence in the company and the group to foster innovation and ensure that capabilities and competencies are maintained and continually improved.
  5. Establishes and maintains a culture of enterprise-wide mindset on technology adoption and digital transformations by establishing end-to-end processes, data standardization and governance, supported by technology and driven by people with the right organizational structure, role assignments and responsibilities.
  6. Establishes and maintains the framework and processes on Business Process Management and Data Governance.
  7. Establishes and manages the continual improvement of fundamental technology and digital enablement.
  8. Leads the development, management and execution of departmental and process-specific ICT plans, solutions and services to continually drive operational excellence and quality of services.
  9. Formulates and leads the realization of tactical ICT strategies in the implementation of the various technology and digital transformation roadmaps.
  10. Leads the establishment, management and continual improvement of ICT operational framework and processes following relevant industry best practices and standards.
  11. Leads in the development and establishment of ICT policies and procedures.
  12. Develops and ensures that the appropriate sourcing strategies are employed in the acquisition of products and services.
  13. Ensures the reliability and cost-efficiency of all ICT infrastructure and systems.
  14. Ensures the protection and reliability of access to company information and intellectual property.
  15. Establishes ICT-related business continuity and disaster recovery measures and procedures.
  16. Ensures the effective implementation of ICT projects following relevant industry best practices and standards.
  17. Ensures compliance with all ICT-related regulatory and legal requirements.
  18. Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.
  19. Oversees the audit of ICT infrastructure and systems and ensures relevant compliance requirements.
  20. Ensures compliance with the company's Quality Management Systems.
  21. Adheres to company policies, procedures, Code of Employee Discipline and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.
  22. Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related Course.

Preferably with Master/Doctoral degree, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, ITIL certification.

At least 10 years of work experience in the same field.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
