Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional office environment, utilizing your communication skills to promote products and services.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting and promoting products and services effectively, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity, handling objections and resolving customer concerns professionally, staying up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, escalating complex issues when necessary, and maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
