We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Data Entry Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software (Zoho). You will also enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills with excellent accuracy, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable with cloud-based applications. Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely, and strong organizational skills are essential qualities for this role.

This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Our team operates in a collaborative environment where employees work together to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by senior management, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks (filing, document sharing).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with senior management is a plus.
