Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain intake information in our case management systems with precision and speed.
  • Apply established coding standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in data classification.
  • Regularly review and audit records to identify errors and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize and update electronic files to facilitate easy access and compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Collaborate with intake and case management teams to clarify missing or unclear information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Produce intake reports and extract data to support attorney and case manager needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable wired internet connection with a tested backup option.
  • Full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.
