Payroll Coordination Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to follow instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Systems Setup: Coordinate the implementation of new payroll systems, referencing existing documentation and ensuring timely completion of action items.
  2. Client Support: Provide support to clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and successful completion of project tasks.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with collaboration tools, project management software, and CRM systems.
Benefits

This is a remote contract position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time zone. The hourly rate is $5/hour.
