This is a leadership position responsible for managing small to medium-sized operations with single or multiple units. The ideal candidate will work independently on moderately complex issues and projects, manage ongoing processing efforts, and be accountable to their manager for operational performance.

The successful candidate will also assist in hiring, lead transition planning for new processes or business, and help oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while identifying opportunities for improvement or revision.

Key Qualifications

  • Healthcare/insurance background is an advantage
