Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Manager - Finance Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall Planning and Performance Management of AB-InBev's Philippines sales business.

The role is critical to AB-InBev's commercial operation, working across functions and closely with senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Management: Manages routine business cycle (daily, weekly, monthly performance reviews) and drive sales performance for AB InBev PH. Responsible for driving visibility and tracking in commercial areas such as volume, net revenue, contract performance, discount and profit to ensure target delivery.
  • Sales Planning: Leads the annual and routine budgeting process for the Commercial Plans (1YP, 3YP, LE). Ensures the process and output are aligned to the corporate strategy and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in math, business, statistics, engineering or economics.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in Business Information, Financial or Research Analysis.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Ability to coach/manage others.
