We are seeking a skilled and organized customer service professional to be the voice of our partner brands in the skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle calls with professionalism and urgency, and provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work remotely with flexibility based on client needs. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and chat support, scheduling jobs accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams
  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams
Requirements
  • Fluent English communication—both spoken and written—with a professional tone
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or support experience (remote work preferred)
  • Strong background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries is required
  • Comfortable working with tech tools (CRMs, VoIP, scheduling systems)
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on solutions and customer experience
