Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team that is experiencing rapid growth in a highly-regulated industry. As a key member of the Operations team, you will support the Operations Director as a valuable contributor, designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams. They will be responsible for maintaining a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily, proactively chasing stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation and exceptions, and escalating delays before they block operational activity.

You will also be responsible for transforming raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department, building and refreshing dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making, and staying ahead of tools and best practices by self-driving upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics OR evidence of equivalent analytical experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams
