As a seasoned accounting leader, you will oversee consolidated financials and support business growth strategy at our organization. This role will manage day-to-day holding company accounting, coordinate with operating company controllers, and play a key role in monthly closes, tax support, and integration of new acquisitions.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a CPA-qualified professional to lead our accounting team. Your primary responsibilities will include consolidating financial statements across multiple subsidiaries, partnering with operating company controllers to close monthly books, and overseeing holding company accounting functions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is also essential. As a self-starter, you should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving policies.

Key Requirements
  • CPA designation required
  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to M&A and consolidation
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments
