About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service excellence in cost management, delivering positive outcomes for our clients, demonstrating leadership, and innovation of service and knowledge.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Planning: Prepare cost plans and value engineering to help the design team control expenditure and ensure projects stay within budget.


  • Bill of Quantities: Develop BQ measurements, handle queries, disseminate information to design consultants, and prepare QA documents to provide a strong basis for budgetary control and accurate cost reporting.


  • Tender Documents: Prepare tender documents, clarify tender requirements, and submit reports to create comprehensive priced documents on time.


  • Contract Administration: Evaluate actual work accomplishment, reconcile contract terms, assess cost effects, and resolve issues with contractors.


  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and monitor financial reports to enable clients to anticipate and control current and future project commitments.


  • Final Account Consolidation: Review all financial cost information to ensure completion in all aspects for the Final Account.




Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.


  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of construction projects working experience in Consultancy/Contracting Firm.


  • Skill Set: Ability to multitask, keen attention to detail, team player, excellent problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills.
