Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our advertising efforts across Facebook & Instagram, delivering high-performing campaigns that drive business growth in the wealth creation, business opportunity, and online coaching spaces.

Job Summary:
  • Media Buying Strategy: Develop and execute daily ad spend strategies ranging from $300 – $2k+, scaling successfully with rapid growth campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to optimise effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Funnel Optimisation: Identify and address underperforming stages of sales funnels to enhance conversion rates and maximise revenue.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts crucial for scaling paid traffic.
  • Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement effective growth strategies and campaigns that differentiate us from competitors.
  • Competitor Insights: Draw insights from successful strategies in similar niches to improve our own advertising and funnel optimisation efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of direct response marketing experience
  • Skilled in managing campaigns primarily on Meta
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, making decisions informed by data while avoiding over-analysis.
  • Ability to build ad account structures aligned with best practices and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in scaling and optimising ad accounts based on client needs.
  • Initiative-driven self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious and resilient, persisting until goals are achieved.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilisation of tools like Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for actionable insights.
  • Management of 3-5 clients and meeting monthly KPI goals.
  • Collaboration with team members on optimisation and scaling strategies across ad accounts.

We value promptness in communication and providing explanations for any delays. You'll be required to participate in weekly client & team meetings.
