We are seeking a highly skilled Team Performance Coach to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for our US Healthcare client and driving business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of AR Claims Specialists to ensure high-quality performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily operations, including AR follow-ups, claim status, denials, appeals, and resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Analyze denial trends and identify areas for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to promote growth and development.
  • Analyze reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all relevant client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing US healthcare AR or RCM accounts in a BPO setup.
  • Proven understanding of end-to-end AR processes, including billing, follow-up, denial management, and appeals.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using AR tools, EHRs, and payer portals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment and adapt to US time zones.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience handling multiple US payers or specialties.
  • Familiarity with EPIC tools.
